Deposit

 
To confirm your appointment a NON-REFUNDABLE  deposit is required.
 
In case of cancellation on your behalf your deposit will be LOST.
 
*The remaining amount must be payed in Cash or by Card.
 

 

 

Late policy

 
If you're running late for more than 15 minutes your appointment wil be automatically Cancelled.
 

If you are unable to come to your appointment, please let me know at all times. I work on a tight schedule so if you communicate with me I can help someone else.
 
In the event of a no-show without communication, I unfortunately have to charge the full amount. If this is not paid, I will unfortunately have to block you from the booking site.
 
 

Cancellations

 
Rescheduling appointments is possible up to 48HR in advance. appointments can be rescheduled up to 48HR in advance. If you do not show up and/or cancel 24 hours before the appointment, the remaining amount must be paid.
 
 
 

No shows

 
Not showing up to your appointment without any form of contact will get you BLOCKED from the booking site, and it will no longer be possible to make another appointment!

Your hair and bundles need to be freshly washed and blowdried. NO GREASE, OILS, LEAVE-IN CONDITIONER OR WAX.

Displeased? Please report this within the first 3 days so that adjustments can be made in time. 

 

Unfortunately, that is no longer possible after that. 

 Due to the time, effort and product put into the hairstyle, there is no money back guarantee, but it can be fixed or removed for free.

Returns & Refunds
 
Due to the nature of our product, and federal health regulations, all of our hair extensions are final sale. We do not offer refunds on any hair extension purchases. If you believe that you have received defective merchandise, please contact us immediately.
 

We will NOT allow an exchange if the item has ANY signs of being worn. Hair cannot be brushed, washed, fingered through, combed, cut, or taken out of the bundle.
